I have a rush order, how can I expedite it?
Call 920-356-9900 and ask for Mepaco parts to place your order over the phone or expedite your on-line order.

Can I call in my order?
Yes, if you prefer, you can call 920-356-990 and ask for Parts from 8am to 5pm Central Standard Time.

What are your hours?
Our corporate office is based out of Beaver Dam, Wisconsin. Our hours are 8zm – 5pm Central Standard Time.

Do I need to register before I make a purchase?
No, you will be asked to register at check out once your shopping cart is full.

Do you ship outside the United States?
We ship to Canada and Mexico. Call 920-356-9900 and ask for Parts for a shipping quote outside the United States.

Do you insure your shipment?
Yes Apache automatically insures all parts order shipments.

What is the turnaround time for my parts order?
In stock parts will ship within 48 hours. Custom parts requests depend on Apache’s production schedule; contact Parts Manager for timeline.

How are my parts shipped?
Parts are shipped UPS ground as a default, 2nd day and overnight UPS service is available if needed.

What forms of payment do you accept?
Mastercard and VISA. Purchase orders can also be uploaded on the website.

What is the order cut off time to get the part out today?
2 pm central time

How do I track my order?
A link will be provided with a UPS tracking number.

What is the warranty of my parts?
Custom manufactured parts by Apache have a 1 year warranty when used under normal conditions. Purchased parts carry the original manufacturer’s warranty.
